Submit your EMODnet use case

Users are at the centre of EMODnet’s services and resources. The data and the data products provided by EMODnet are important for many applications. As an example, bathymetry data has become a fundamental dataset for multiple scientific disciplines, including physical oceanography, marine geology, and benthic ecology; as well as 3D-multichannel seismic information for oil and gas exploration and bathymetric and geophysical information for the stability of platforms and planning of pipeline routes.

To understand the full benefits of EMODnet, users are kindly asked to describe how EMODnet supports them in their daily work and activities. If you have developed an application using EMODnet products that you would like to share with us or if you use EMODnet data for other purposes, we will be happy to publish it as a use case and promote it on our website.
